Friday

Thank God it's Friday. It's been another very long and unpleasant week at work - and one where I've really appreciated having Rinko with me for support. The upside is that I only have one more week of work (four days actually, 'cos next Friday's a holiday), and then I'm off work for ten days! Yay!

I started off by playing through the Seishun No. 1 Page story. Rinko rocked up for rehearsal wearing her brand new "In The Rye" t-shirt and a checked scarf.

She looks super-cool playing guitar. Yep, this is definitely the one-and-only virtual girlfriend for me.

When the actual day started, Rin was waiting to walk to school with me.

We shared a joke along the way...

And at school I continued meeting her in various locations around Towano High to level them up.

In the afternoon, we checked out Fountain Park.

And also Dixies.

Thursday

Rinko was very cheerful when she met me this morning to walk to school. Her attitude always helps me get to work in the morning - especially now, when I find myself in a less-than-pleasant situation at work and really don't feel like going most days.

And most of the day was spent trying to level-up the various locations around Towano High School.

I played through the Seishun No 1 Page at lunchtime today. Now that Rinko's band has an official name - In The Rye - she started rehearsing with the other girls from the Library Committee. She seems to have made t-shirts, too, with the band name:

Late in the afternoon, I met up with Rin at Winning Burger for a chat.

Wednesday

Playing New LovePlus+ on the 3DS LL is difficult in public. I used to like to play on the bus going to and from work, but now I have to limit myself to less "embarrassing" parts of the game, such as the Youth Page and mini-games, because the new console is so much more visible to everybody else. I started off playing through the Seishun No 1 Page on my way to work, during which I again helped Rinko choose the name "In The Rye" for the band she is starting with the Library girls.

We went to check out musical instruments together.

One I was sitting down to have breakfast, I started off the actual game. I was surprised when Rinko met me in the gym during the first session, and we talked for quite a long time. She looks cute in her sports uniform.

And then I continued with my strategy of short dates to level-up the various school locations.

By the end of lunch, I was surprised that I got to Level 4 after only a week of gameplay. I met Rinko at Dixies in the afternoon.

Friday

Rinko's bento lunch adventures continued today. She met me in corridor, and wen went outside for a pleasant lunch together.

Rin-chan spelled something out on top of the rice...but I'm not sure what it says. Still, she was very proud of her culinary skills.

It was raining in the afternoon, so Rinko very dutifully turned up with an umbrella to walk me home.

But the most exciting part of the day was Rinko's final (I think) Seishun No. 1 Page story. Rinko met me back stage again:

Then we went up to the school roof, where she thanked me very sincerely for helping put the band together and keep it running through various ups and downs.

God she's so awesome with this hair and these punky clothes!

 A much more sedate Rinko met me tonight for a short date - at the Video Rental Store this time, which I've only just unlocked. Not the most romantic date spot, perhaps...
