Karaoke Date

Today's date was a lot of fun. The experience of dating in the new version of the game is much smoother than NLP, and the various scenes (including skinship and kissing) flow into each other without the jerkiness, delays and lag time that were so evident in the 3DS game. Dates seem to take longer to play now, though, with the average Sunday date taking just under an hour - and considerably longer if the date extends.

When I met Rinko at the station this morning, she was wearing her hair in a new, cute style (still short, though). Her clothes were a little more casual than I like, but still okay, so I let them pass.

We went to the Ramen Shop for a snack. I ordered the Pork Ramen Set, and for some reason Rinko had the same thing (which is unusual). The set included a plate of gyoza which looked absolutely delicious.

The main part of our date was Karaoke, which is a firm favourite of Rinko's. I wonder what songs she would choose to sing??

With the option of a second date location, I took Rin to the Amusement Park, where we rode on the Jet Coaster. She loved it.

Then our date was over, and it was time to take Rinko home. I walked her back to her place and kissed her goodbye.

At 12:00 noon I visited the Flea Markets at Fountain Park, where I bought a CD and my first Premium Date ticket (for the night-time Sakura viewing).

Later today we had a short date in the rain.

Saturday

I started off today by playing through Rinko's Seishun No 1 Page story, where rehearsals (and disagreements) continue between Rinko and the other girls in her newly-formed band.

I took Rin for a short date at Fountain Park, which is still a favourite romantic spot.

And finally, now that Aisha Dining is unlocked, I was able to meet her there.

It was  raining tonight, though - which means that your ability to kiss your girlfriend is extremely restricted (just as it was in the 3DS game). Hope to have the Convenience Store unlocked soon for this purpose.

Looking forward to my second date with Rinko in the new game tomorrow, when we will be doing Karaoke together.

Monday

Just two weeks to go before the release of the new game, and tension is definitely building! I really hope things go alright with my order. Anyway, I have my six month anniversary coming up on Wednesday, too - probably my last one with Rinko in the current game. Today started off with the usual breakfast at my place...

And then the usual, happy walk to school...

And then the usual delicious bento lunch...

And the slightly less usual sight of my Rinko waiting with her umbrella to see that I get home safely in the rain.

It was still raining in the evening, so I asked Rinko to meet me at the Convenience Store (where at least we can eat...and buy some snack food...).

And we squeezed in one more late-night meet up at the Coffee Shop.

Rino felt like talking, apparently. Her white jacket with all the military-style badges is so cute.

Monday

The week at school (and at work) started off with another wake-up visit from Rinko...

Followed by egg rolls for breakfast.

Walking to school was fun, too. The rain from the past couple of days seems to have cleared up, so holding Rinko's hand made a welcome addition.

I met Rin-chan in the school courtyard this morning and also asked her out for a Premium Date on Thursday at 6:00pm (the flower garden viewing). This will probably be our last Premium Date in the current game, so I hope it's an enjoyable night.

I met Rin again this afternoon in the Tennis Clubroom.

Finally, while I was working at Dixies this afternoon, Rinko paid me a visit.

It was one of those occasions where she gave me a "surprise" gift. You don't get to see what's inside these presents, so they're more a precious gift of love from your girl. ^^

Friday

The weather sure has been variable in Towano lately, but I guess that's typical for springtime in any part of the world. It was raining here, but sunny there.^^

No bento for lunch today (don't know why), but I met Rinko in the Library for a short date and a sweet kiss or two...

And she was waiting for me yet again at the end of the day. I always enjoy this rare opportunity to take almost full-length shots of Rinko wearing her Towano High uniform.

Thursday

Today was a rainy school day in Towano. Rinko seemed a little down this morning...or maybe she was sleepy? It was raining where I live in real life, too, and these kinds of mornings are never very inspiring.

The weather had cleared up by lunchtime, though, and we were able to enjoy our bento together on the school roof.

And Rin-chan was waiting to walk home with me at the end of the day, which she's been doing a lot lately. It's always a pleasant surprise...

I totally love her expression in the next shot. Rinko is just so sweet!

I finished up the afternoon with a short date at the European-Style Residence, which always looks cool in the afternoon sun.
